Yext: Transforming Payroll in the UK with Workday

Background

Yext was encountering difficulties with their legacy payroll systems, leading to employee confusion and inconsistent payroll processes across the organization. Additionally, Yext had a complex IT infrastructure and aimed to standardize platforms to enhance the employee experience.

The Approach

As an existing Workday customer, integrating UK Payroll was already part of Yext’s future plans. The goal of the project was to deploy a global payroll solution, allowing employees to access all payroll related information in one place. With Workday’s UK Payroll solution, the Yext team can:

  • Provide payroll data in a more easily accessible way to employees
  • Access detailed payroll reports and insights
  • Reduce the amount of time it takes to process payroll
  • Improve the employee payroll experience
  • Loop Consulting’s commenced the project in January 2024 and after 16-weeks went live in April 2024.

The Results

The team now has a fully integrated payroll solution, bringing a seamless data flow and real-time insights for the HR team. Yext can now offer a consistent and intuitive user experience for their employees, encouraging them to utilize all of Workday’s payroll capabilities.
